Why did I create this template?
When I used to practice answers to behavioral questions, each time I would forget one element of the story or the other. For a behavioral answer to be perfect, you have to nail the story and the delivery. It used to be really frustrating 😣I later started writing down the bullet points for these stories in the STAR format on an excel sheet. Doing this ensured that I did not miss on any elements of the story and could internalize it better.
Over a period of time I was able to refine and put together a system of preparation that worked really well for me. My stories became really crisp and more impactful. This eventually helped me get better with interviews. By opening up this preparation matrix, I hope to make this process easy and enjoyable for you as well 😄
